Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use UKG Ready for HRIS, Payroll, Onboarding, I9, Payroll Taxes, storing credentialing information for NPs and PAs. It's also a great tool to store company documents such as handbooks and various policies for employees to be able to view. We also use E-Verify services. UKG Ready has allowed given us the ability to pull various reports from ranging from termination reports to payroll.

  • Better help with ACA
  • Advanced sheduler for ready is difficult to use
  • Better reports for advanced scheduler. I would like a more focus on reports such as a monthly report that is much more customizable
I put 8 for usability because for some people it may be difficult to use if they are not tech savvy. There are a ton of options and building out your own workflows could be confusing if you do not know what you are doing. However, UKG always provides great learning material and support to aid and teach you.
I thought integrating UKG Readywas long however now difficult once I got the hang of it. Teaching employees is easy due to the user friendly layout. There are so many different things employees can do on UKG Readythey eventually are used to going on there as their first option.
Our company started off using ADP. When we switched over to UKG Ready, I was able to provide my company with numerous amounts of payroll reports and employee information reports. It really made my level up work increase and helped me with how my company views me as an employee. I am very grateful for what UKG Readyhas done.

I would 100% recommend UKG Ready to a colleague. I have enjoyed my entire experience with UKG Ready from implementation all the way to now. Every employee of UKG Readyhas been amazing to work with from the project manager, sales, to support. They always come with great attitudes and are very helpful.
