The product relieves the necessity of hiring more employees while streamlining general operations of the business.

Pros

  • Ease of operations / use of product
  • streamlining timekeeping
  • Cuts down on calls to Human Resources

Cons

  • Report running
  • Cuts down on having to hire IT personal
  • Cuts down on hiring payroll and Human Resource professionals
  • Ability to have employees do more on their own without calls into HR Payroll etc
Ease of use and adaptability of the system.
Again, use of product and ability to help ease staffing problems.
Less calls on the weekend and at night due to system ease and ability to operate across multiple states.
Blows the competitor out of the system.
