Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use UKG Pro Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Admin, WFM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management. By using these modules everything is seamless and makes Admin and Employee process easy. By having access to our Benefit File Feeds makes life a lot easier to confirm if an employee went over to the carrier.

- Compensation module. Need to have international exchange rate be automatically converted without doing this in business rules
- standard reports. when exporting into excel make it more editable
- make dimensions more reasonable in price for current UKG customers who have been with UKG for a while
- Manager and Employee Self service
- Easy to setup new tax locations
- better reporting
Exit Interviews, any documents at the employee level, benefit file feeds, export file feeds to IT for new hires, terminations, and jo changes to update AD and other functions for IT
Knowing i can be on vacation for 2 weeks and my team can handle day to day functions is huge. Coming off Dayforce where my team needed my help a lot more and i found myself working on vacation a lot more. Now with UKG Pro my team run reports, find the file feeds, handle employee issues
