Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I use it to clock in and out, view hours, request time off, view pay statements, view W-2, fill out yearly reviews, and use the Employee Directory. Working in the IT Department, I also support the application on phones for other users.

Pros

  • Keeps track of time.
  • Easily request time off.
  • Easily lookup pay history.

Cons

  • When doing reviews, I have missed steps because they were not clear to me. I feel that I shouldn't be able to submit an incomplete review and that it should be pointed out that something is missing.
  • Sometimes our supervisor neglects to approve our time off requests, when payroll is submitted, the requests appear to be approved, however, we do not get paid for them and it is difficult to get the problem resolved correctly. Payroll should not be able to be submitted with unapproved requests pending.
  • My pay arrives in my bank with direct deposit three days before it is posted in UKG Pro. I would like it to be posted in UKG Pro the day I receive the direct deposit.
  • I am an end user and support the app on phones.
It does what it needs to do for me.
UKG Pro greatly surpasses the capabilities of TimeClock Plus. It has been so long that I forget all of the limitations of TimeClock Plus.

UKG Pro is really great for time keeping. Clocking in and out, requesting time off are very easy and straightforward. We have had problems with the application on phones, but I feel that the UKG Developers have worked all of those problems out.
