Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

The Customer Success team uses this offering to get reviews and ratings from EverString customers.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Great response from customer success team
  • Nice rewards program

Cons

  • User interface is not so intuitive
  • It would be nice to see different metrics for the reviews and ratings that we receive and also to have a comparison from the previous campaign to the current one.
  • Would like to see more integration options like Slack.
  • Increase brand awareness
  • Scale customer proof through reviews
  • Identify candidates for case studies & advocacy
  • Increase landing page conversion
  • Gather product insights
  • Identify & address customer issues
We just recently ran a campaign and as I am new to this initiative I might not have any input at this time.
We have used Delighted before and Delighted did not have review capability previously. Also, the incentive program set TrustRadius apart from other vendors.
As mentioned before I am just part of the first campaign that we ran recently so yet to see the KPIs and impact on my role. Although honest reviews from our customers have definitely helped me in understanding the pros and cons of our product in a better way.
Custom questions helped us in getting feedback and feature enhancements for the recently released features.
TrustRadius is well suited for B2B as well as B2C companies. As reviews and ratings are an integral part of company growth I am not sure in what scenario using TrustRadius might be inappropriate.
