Overall Satisfaction with TrialWorks
I use TrialWorks to correspond with customers, docket important dates, calendar items for due dates, merge templates, add notes regarding communication and work done with a customer, run reports on due dates, run reports on birthdays, and any specific details needed on a case. I also use the stamps.com integration to add postage to envelopes, which documents costs on a particular customer. I also text using the SMS integration which texts a customer directly through the software.
Pros
- Template Merge details
- Texting customers directly through the contact detail
- Dashboard Reporting
- Court date docketing / Fast Track docketing
- Note detail screen to keep all users informed of tasks in a case
- Email management - MS365 integration - attaching documents to emails
Cons
- Changing Tab Names
- Reporting
- Document Management
- Costs Management
- Notes documentation
- Price Increase of the software
- Lack of upgrades
- Mobile Phone App use
We used TrialWorks long before we started using Salesforce. Salesforce does not have the many capabilities TrialWorks has for managing cases in a law firm.
