Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

We use TOPdesk mainly for incident management, reservations and CMDB.

With TOPdesk we can connect CMDB items to employees so we always have an overview on outstanding incidents connected to CMDB items and/or employees, potential solutions and workload per case manager. Reservations is a nice addon that let employees loan CMDB items and book meeting rooms.

TOPdesk is a complete solution that can be off great value for a broad range of companies. There are more modules as what we are using that all interact with eachother. Next to that there is a great marketplace with addon's available.

The downside is mmainly the cost for licensing the modules. TOPdesk cost ramp up easily which make it less suitable for small companies.
