Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this product to call and text our congregation to remind them of upcoming events and cancellation of services, classes, and other special events. It is a great communication tool for us. Our church ministries use it to contact their members/participants with reminders of upcoming meetings. It is a great tool for getting important mass information and announcements out to our members with just a few clicks and in a few mins. We love it and would recommend it to anyone who needs to get important information out to a large number of people quickly and efficiently!

We have to close the church on a particular Sunday, it is Saturday, you have to get the word out. You cannot possibly call all your regular attenders. You instead use Text-Em-All as a phone tree to call everyone on your regular attenders and member’s contacts list. Record and send out!
