Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I use Tex-Em-All to communicate directly with our students to notify them of balances, payment due dates, and relay registration information.

Pros

  • I use primarily mass phone calls. The speed in which the calls are made is great.
  • The web site is extremely easy to use to set up call and text campaigns .
  • The web site keeps track of the calls made, received, how many went to voice mail. It is very easy user friendly.

Cons

  • I have been using it for 9 years and don't have any improvement recommendations.

  • Unfortunately I don't have stats to provide but I can say that I use it to notify students that they have payments due to provide them with knowledge of the due dates.
Once I needed help with using the same voice message but with new groups. I got the assistance I needed within a couple minutes. This was several years ago. I have not needed to contact them for help other than that one time.
Text Em All has an impact for certain. We are able to communicate with a large number of students at the same time and do it quickly enough to give our students time to react to our communications. Each term we rely on Text-Em-All to communicate payment due dates to our students and we do get results.

Yes

I use it to communicate, en masse, and quickly with groups ranging from at least several hundred at a time. It is quick and it is convenient because it is so easy to use and it keeps track of the call or text campaign progress by the second. I have not had any scenarios where it is not useful for what I use it for, to communicate quickly with large groups.
