Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
Jurors typically have at least 3 phone numbers; home, work, cell. Before I started using this program, my deputy clerks and I would have to call every phone number to make sure we let the jurors not to take off work and not to come to the courthouse.
In a matter of minutes, I can create a broadcast using one voice message and one text message to all recipients calling them off at one time. This saves my office and the county a tremendous amount of effort and resources which translates in to money and resources saved.
Pros
- Ease of use
- Speed of broadcast
- Excellent support - only needed it 1 time in 4 years
- Customization for text messages by adding person's name to message
- Easy to purchase credits
Cons
- Using "credits" is a little strange; not always sure what the credits translate in to for a particular broadcast; it can easily be calculated if I absolutely needed it, though
- Ease of use
- Can be completed quickly
- Completely accurate
- Importing recipients using Excel Spreadsheet
- Can add additional recipients who are not on original spreadsheet
- Recipients can text me back through the program and I can respond right away
- Significant reduction in time spent calling several phone number; if recipients have 3 numbers each x 100 people, that is 300 phone calls that would have been made
- Recipients like the fact that they can get a quick message, respond, and get a response back from my office
- Rapid delivery of important messages to jurors
