Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is an application that has given us the opportunity to do remote work, in our offices we do not have a technical support department for the user and with this app we only have to indicate the fault that we are experiencing and the technical support connects to our computers and solves the problem in a matter of minutes, it is an application that does not weigh down the computer and also in my case when I cannot go to the office from my home from my PC I can access my equipment in the office and work normally, it makes remote work much easier, it solves the problem of having to go to the office when at least here in my country they have transport strikes then we can work from home and there is no problem, it is really very easy to use and once you have logged in everything is much simpler, it has no complications or well I personally have not found great complications, for me it is a success and I would not know how we would have worked without it, the coolest thing is that I can pass documents between computers without problems

Cons
- It would be great if you had a detailed training program for new users, since it was difficult for me to learn how to use the application.
- Enhancing file transfer features with a more intuitive UI, faster transfer speeds, drag-and-drop support, and a file queue system
- Making the mobile app more feature complete and user friendly
- Savings on payment for services in the offices
- Cost savings in the payment of salaries to some non-essential personnel
- Savings on the staff's salary since they do not have to go to the office and do not pay for tickets and do not spend money on food.
Within a month we were already seeing the benefits of being able to use this tool, since as I mentioned, working from home increases people's performance, it helps us save since we don't have to pay for travel to the office or buy food when we can't cook, remote work has helped many people who are unable to leave their homes, this tool has become indispensable in some environments.
I find TeamViewer much more fluid, it doesn't slow down or crash my computer, it's really a good tool for working from home and the benefits are essential for good performance in the work environment, I don't like to be redundant, but in my case the savings in transportation costs to the office have been considerable, it helps me have financial backup in case any inconvenience arises or simply to plan my next vacation.
