Squarespace Quickly Gets You Up And Running!
Overall Satisfaction with Squarespace
We use Squarespace to build quick and accessible websites for product information. It is super simple to quickly get basic "showcase" websites up and running so we can design and edit them on the fly. We can even change the formatting of the design (content and picture layout) with a simple click. It allows us to produce pages quickly and make future changes rapidly.
Pros
- Design and layout.
- SEO Integration.
- Analytical Overviews.
- Easy-to-use Menus.
- Drag and Drop Features.
Cons
- Needs more diverse integration with 3rd party apps.
- Limited on custom coding.
- Issues with Domain Connections.
- Allows us to quickly launch content websites - reducing overhead time for designers by 15+ hours a week.
- Allows us to analyze simple analytics quickly.
- Saves us time in the future when making quick, simple edits.
Squarespace was quicker to set up and more accessible to manipulate the theme, pictures, and content. The page layouts are more versatile and fluid. With WordPress, more time-consuming efforts go into making a template work the way you want it to (because of the lack of the drag-and-drop grids that Squarespace has).
