Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

Khoros is selected by brands, and implemented and used by a social media moderation team that I manage. Khoros helps manage all social media channels in one place.

Pros

  • Personalized Workflow
  • Customer Care Labels

Cons

  • Delay in pulling content occasionally
  • Macros/actions being applied even when rules are not in place
  • Support is sometimes slow to respond
  • Multiple needs addressed in one platform
While each platform has its pros and cons, Khoros takes the cake when it comes to providing a quality user workflow. Khoros' success managers will listen to your current workflow, whatever madness it contains, and make suggestions on the best route that you should take moving forward within Khoros - whether that is setting up rules, creating macros for easily repeated actions, and/or applying tags to keep up with trending topics. The "My Opened Items" allows teams to work simultaneously without overlapping.
Khoros is well suited for those with multiple social media accounts, across multiple platforms. Khoros would be less appropriate for someone just trying to monitor and engage with a single platform.
