Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff helps us see targets as well as our earnings on bonus, per month per year. All calculations are accurate and integrate with our CRM well.

Pros

  • Calculating bonus pay outs
  • Takes into account targets and matches against this
  • Integrated perfectly with our CRM
  • Easy to understand and use

Cons

  • Honestly, I haven't needed anything more yet
  • Easy of user for sales people
  • Less effort for CRM admins
  • Accuracy
Very easy to use, never had a problem. Simple to understand and based on CRM facts which is great too.
In all honesty, I very really need to even check if is correct and if there is something out of place it is very easy to see an error that the CRM system has made or if I need something more that is missing.

The system works as it should, I have not yet experienced an issue with it. Unless the information within the CRM is being updated. Keeps salespeople aware of where they are and what they are doing.
