The implementation was really easy as it is all integrated. All system / tools are also user friendly.
Internet usage, right now we had to increase a lot our internet connection as it is much more used.
Big impact, it solved all the business requirement to keep the operation running.
Very good experience. Users are happy to use that as the tools opened many possibilities.
All of our tools and environment are based in Cisco technologies, so it is really easy to implement and manage.

yes, we we were using the support for the whole company and had a huhg impact on the business, we purchased the premium support.
We have Office and Google apps and we had a big issue when users created a presentation on Office and migrated to Google Slides, slido stopped to work and every time we had to recreate the slido configuration. we contacted Slido support and they were able to solve it, giving us some tips and tricks.
