Overall Satisfaction with Slack
I use Slack every minute of every day for instant communication and collaboration with colleagues and teammates! Slack has revolutionized the way in which I run my book of business and work with the broader organization. It's integrations with systems, such as Google, Workday, WorkRamp, etc, also allows me to stay in communication with my calendar, training requirements, and general business activities in a way that was never possible before Slack.
- Easy to use
- Integration with systems
- Pre-schedule messages to get items off my plate
- I would like to create more dynamic Polls within sub-groups
- Groups are limited to 9 people and you're forced to create a channel. Sometimes, that isn't the greatest approach
- The external connections feature is a little difficult to set up
- I've seen a material increase in deal velocity by leveraging Slack for internal communication vs email
- Sharing docs within groups, allows me to keep team members on the same page, which drives better deal hygiene
