The best tool we have found to share documentation with partners in a secure way
Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile
ShareFile is helping us to send sensitive information securely via email, thanks to its encryption in the transfers. The fact that it is so simple to use, it doesn't take up any time and the possibility to confirm the transfers with signatures is ideal to have total guarantee that the client has received the information in a satisfactory way.
Pros
- Easy and intuitive to use
- Encryption of information
- Data validation
Cons
- Maybe it could be integrated with even more applications but for email it is ideal as it can be used with Microsoft 365 and Google
- A lower price per user would make it more attractive
- It would be appreciated if the standard plan could include more functionalities.
- We now have the full confidence of our customers as they see that their information is protected
- We have continuous feedback of information
- We share the encrypted information with as many partners as we want.
Very high, we would say that at least 85% of our information is being managed via ShareFile
Our clients are already aware that we work with ShareFile. When we acquire new clients, it is very easy for us to incorporate them into ShareFile's work dynamics. We don't have to explain anything to them, they receive a request to collaborate or share files, they accept it and they are ready to go.
Other platforms allow you to share information but without the security and confirmation guarantees that ShareFile offers. Although they provide fewer features, they are often less intuitive and less easy to work with. To date we do not consider trying other options, as we do not see alternatives that can meet our needs as ShareFile.
