Our SDR team is using Sendoso in their outbound prospecting and relationship-building motions with both prospects and current customers.
Pros
- Ease of Use - both through in platform use and dynamic links
- Responsiveness - they will respond with solutions very quickly
- Friendly
Cons
- Dynamic Links extended into gmail vs strictly through a SEP
- Better quick detection on failed/timed out sends
- More intuitive organization on the backend (admin settings)
- Increased hold rates on meetings
- Increased conversion on longterm prospects
