Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

SeekOut was used to enhance the search for Linkedin Recruiter even more as SeekOut has offered better filters and search criteria. It is more effective than Linkedin Recruiter as it let us search and specify the target easier that made us possible to increase the quality of long list and short list that we create. Also it was useful that we could search for candidate's email address and phone number with just one click.

Pros

Cons

  • Collecting personal information on side of the U.S is weak
  • Would be nice to have more accurate suggestion
  • Need to have Project function where we can share with others search better
  • Able to review candidates profile on same UI/Page is very important to have
  • Did not really have great impact and so team slowly stopped using
  • Increased number in getting personal information but did not connect to any success
  • Diversity search became much easier
Customer Success person was very prompt with response, and knowledgeable about the product and was able to provide good advise on how the product should be used. While product and its service was not so useful for me and team in Japan, but Customer Success team was proactive and very helpful and I feel they deserve a good rating.

It did not provide so much added value for use in Japan
-Hard to get personal information
-For Japan needed to expand search and not narrow the search as not enough candidates and so was not so useful
-Filter ability was not too bad
-Not able to see candidate profile on the same UI/Page was not useful
-Not able to see candidate profile on Linkedin Recruiter mode was negative as sometimes I did not want to leave the footsteps/history the I have reviewed certain candidates
-Overall Seekout did not really help with my need for search
