Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I utilized SeekOut to source and network with potential candidates for job opportunities at our biotech company.

Pros

  • Sourcing
  • Messaging campaigns.
  • Organizing contacts into projects.

Cons

  • some of the profiles are not up to date.
  • some of the profiles do not have contact info.
  • Was able to fill a difficult role via a messaging campaign, low effort and high return.
Anytime I encountered a challenge, help was available, and the resolution was speedy.
I like the search functionality of SeekOut better than Phenom people. Phenom People does allow more image-heavy messaging, which looks more professional.

Well-suited tool for sourcing and engaging with talent. Integrates well with ATS, and messaging campaigns are easy to set up. Great way to organize your sourcing projects and connect with talent.
