Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
ScreenConnect has made our daily workflow much easier when trying to connect to remote users. It's easy for end users to install if we need to gain immediate access. I would recommend this product for the simple fact that it makes our help desk run so much smoother, and we can quickly help the customer. Only the IT department uses it. the chat feature is also handy when we need to contact end users quickly instead of calling their office.

We were using a program that would only give us remote access if the user was within our domain. ScreenConnect allows us to access machines anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet. This has also helped us to work with physicians that are working remotely in different states.

Yes - We were using dameware. it was great from the beginning but as more users started working remotely, we were unable to get access to their workstations.

Usability is fairly easy. We like that we can sign in to the portal and access any computer in our organization that has screenconnect installed. It is easy to conduct remote session with those who are at remote locations.

Yes - Yes and we will sometimes use the mobile feature when we need to walk through some users steps to remedy their issue or to get more information.
