Enabled us to standardize hiring and offer process as well as compensation management process. Bringing to light issues, such as benefits, that will need to be normalized over a longer period of time. Will allow tracking and visibility to our progress.
AI will impact quality of performance goals and development plans. It will streamline some manual recruitment screening activities, and will accelerate our program for normalizing and creating standard job description across the company.
