Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors with a 7K Headcount. Used to master all core HR data EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, WFA, Talent, Compensation available but not fully utilized and restricted by legacy business complexity and data issues. Now, I am trying to unpick some of the original implementations to standardize, simplify, and modernize.
  • Core platform intuitive
  • All capabilities you would expect to see in a HR application
  • Easy to configure changes
  • Customisation is simple using custom MDF and business rules
  • Could do with a modern UX
  • Mobile application not always stable
  • More capability across ER Case Management
  • Improved HR flexibility with the use of Self Service
  • Better insights and reporting
  • End user experience improvement with mobile payslips
