Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP SuccessFactors with a 7K Headcount. Used to master all core HR data EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, WFA, Talent, Compensation available but not fully utilized and restricted by legacy business complexity and data issues. Now, I am trying to unpick some of the original implementations to standardize, simplify, and modernize.
- Core platform intuitive
- All capabilities you would expect to see in a HR application
- Easy to configure changes
- Customisation is simple using custom MDF and business rules
- Could do with a modern UX
- Mobile application not always stable
- More capability across ER Case Management
- Improved HR flexibility with the use of Self Service
- Better insights and reporting
- End user experience improvement with mobile payslips
