Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use a wide range of SAP SuccessFactors modules, from core HR through to Payroll. We utilise the product for succession planning, performance and goals, recruitment - it also acts as the master copy of employee data across our business.

Integrations have improved recently with the likes of PTP for integration into EC Payroll, Products like Ariba and Concur now have out of the box integrations via BTP. Integration process still requires significant effort however.
SAP SuccessFactors was implemented more than 5 years ago - we're continuously improving existing functionality via partners, and adopting new functionality as it's released.
