We use SAP SuccessFactors for core Employee Central, performance and we just went live with Recruitment last month. The cloud technology means we can keep up to date with changes in technology easily.

Kudos to our implementation partner, PWC. We've had a few challenges with integrations, customisations, legal and compliance challenges of a global organisation. In some areas SAP SuccessFactors is flexible, in others it is very rigid.
