Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors has a fairly light implementation just leveraging absence management across 29 countries
  • Absence Management
  • Guides on how to build technical competency of HR, our business cannot use workbooks to implement change
  • AI to aid configuration specialist, to encourage appropriate naming convention, suggestions on redundant workflows or business rules
  • Stronger integration to other product family like concur
We have struggled to implement SAP SuccessFactors.
We don't have this partnership, alot of focus on adding product lines without understanding the adoption of the original
