Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I am an analyst on the HR Systems team.I primarily support the TA organization.

In my opinion, I think it’s actually fairly limited in integration capabilities compared to other more modern products.

SAP SuccessFactors has a solid foundation and it’s what you would expect from an HR tool, but in my opinion, it really needs to be modernized both in the UI and functionality.
