SAP Fieldglass in my organization is primarily used to manage the external workforce like contingent labor and SOW projects. The only issue which we face is in delay of the sync of the information to downstream systems.
It is also used to provide reporting to gain insight into workforce spend and utilization of the same

Lot of configuration comes with lot of ease in reporting and integration are at the epitome of the help SAP Fieldglass provides to an organization

SAP Fieldglass User Experience

Ui is not good which can compete with modern design experience. There is a lot of room to improve especially with the button positioning, overall ui of the approval chains.
Instant notifications and automation need to be improved overall.
Integration with other systems can be shown in the different to be able to configure int he frontend.

it is well suited to do external vendor management and manage activities related to it.
It is not that great in the process of sourcing and long chain of approvals. Also, it is not that great with managing RBAC and external notifications. Multiple times systems have latency which are very unusual
