Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use SAP Concur to log in all travel expenses on our employee expense accounts. The URL/App is very easy to use, we have self guided instructions in order for everyone to pick up the process quickly. From employees to managers , everybody can submit their expenses by just holding on to their receipts of their purchases that qualify for the refund/log.
The product eliminates the process of advance payments to employees to complete the journey/training/attendance. It eliminates the tough reconciliation of such payments + company cards. Simple upload, approval and posting in SAP Concur to continue with a payment run. Simple as that.

Cons

- Employee expense accounts require standard Master data, it should self validate to avoid errors?
- Transparency on yearly speding to clarify budget or ban travel
- faster employee reimb, employee knows whhen will get paid
- FTE time saving on processing and recon
After reviewing some demos, we realized that simplicity is key, sometimes too many colors or a lot of information can make a process overwelming. Focusing on SAP products, when we already use SAP R3/CC in order to , in the future, get into SAP 4HANA, we prefer to have all the tools of the fam.
SAP CC (SAP Convergent Charging), normal postings like invoicing, so easy to read and follow up
