Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use Concur to control all travel-related expenses and travel bookings. It's used in different countries. Concur has helped us simplify our process with credit cards, cash advances, and reporting.

Pros

Cons

  • Separate expenses (VAT).
  • More friendly for reporting.
  • Approvals in the app.
  • Faster reporting from employees.
  • Pre-approval travel.
  • Confidence that expenses are being validated.
We use Concur Travel and Expense. It has helped us to have a better process for authorizing expenses, ensure accuracy, and make it easier to monitor.

Better monitor and control of all expenses.
Employers have a better understanding of how to submit their reports. With the App, It is easier to submit receipts. Also, the platform is friendly for the approvers.

Concur is excellent for our entity in the United States. However, it could be improved in Mexico since the tax requirements are different. Also, the reporting guides could be more friendly.
