Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We used Concur for Expense for a number of years and finally canceled it as it never worked correctly. The interface for employees had lots of issues and support was terrible to say the least. The Rep for us was constantly changing and they never did what they said they would do.
- No return on investment cost us time and money
- Lots of wasted time trying to get support
- Employees hated the interface
We wanted to integrate with NetSuite but gave up as there was no support from Concur. We got the run around for months and they did not seem to know how to even get it done.
It did not, We had an office of cheering people when we announced we were doing away with Concur. Employee interface it poor and laggy and glitchy
Only used for Expense. After that experience I would never add additional services
