Salesmate is amazing. Been trying to find a genuinely good CRM for a long time, and Salesmate has completely blown me away. The native calling and texting, especially inside of the app are amazing. And the support is Top Notch! Best support I've ever received from a CRM. I am currently using it for customer followup, and phone sales, which is what SalesMate excels upon. Their native calling and texting feature is super helpful, and works really well on desktop, mobile, and IPad. On top of that, I am currently going ahead and building in sequences, that are automated based on a No-Show, or an event that took place.

Cons

Theirs some goofy things, that don’t function 100% on the IPad vs desktop, but it’s not devastating. Basically if you set up the systems properly, the app will work Fluenty. Just takes the time.

Alternatives Considered

HubSpot CRM

I was using the free version of Hubspot, which was extremely limiting. If I wanted to go ahead and unlock a simple feature, which every other CRM offered, my price would shoot up to hundreds of dollars a month for no reason, as they force you to unlock “all the features” not just the ones you need. Salesmate is much better, as you can choose which features you want, and don’t want.

Usability

It's so easy, and the support is top notch and I love Salesmate. Seriously the best CRM on the market right now, which I was able to customize exactly the way I needed to, with their support with me every step of the way. I will be working with SalesMate for a long time if not forever.

Support Rating

The best support I've ever got. Setting up a CRM is complicated, just to make it work/function the way you need to based on your custom sales flow. Their support would respond back within 2 minutes, and give me exactly what I would need, and walk me through the steps of making sure it was working properly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Salesmate does really well with phone communication, texting communication, and creating automated email events based on a specific scenario such as a No-Show. On top of this, the app works better than any other CRM apple app that I have seen. The calling / text/ emails all work fluently inside of there.
