A worker almost sued us for not having the handbook. He was having problems due to a dismissal that he considered arbitrary, luckily we contacted ADP and they gave us the option of creating our handbook using RUN by ADP. We can solve these problem as soon as we requested.

We do not have an accountant or a payroll assistant and ADP helps us so much with those type of task. In the past, we had to deal with different unprofessional accountant that made us problems with the IRS but now RUN does automatically the filling of all the forms. We are very happy of having this software.

Self-service is the best thing about ADP. You don't have to rely on an accountant or third-party payroll provider. I like that I can do it myself and that employees can access their own information through myADP. Even if workers have problems with their payroll, I can solve it on my own.

Our company uses the ADP mobile app. But our employees, they do construction work, do not use even though we have been given access to them.
