- Helps keep you up to date with payroll/ tax changes
- Quick to address letters we have received in the mail
- Excellent chat help when needed
Cons
- Reports easier to run
- Payroll report tailored to workers comp audits
- easier to add a deduction / addition to someone's pay
- the screen is too small when running payroll
- Love that it calculates taxes
- love that the taxes are paid out
- once payroll is run the report is dummy proof when adding a journal entry to quickbooks
Me, the one who runs payroll cannot access a paystub easily. I have to go in to the account to pull a copy- an email never comes my way
