Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used at [...] for our core HR services and has been pivotal in our HR system. It addresses by giving a platform for having all the HR related communication, documentation, Leave management under one roof. The best part I personally appreciate about this platform is its two factor authentication and the way it is connected with a Google Authenticator.

Pros

  • Leave Management - Keeps a good track and approvals in place
  • Work Details & Paper work minimised
  • Appraisal Process managed well
  • Reminder system intact

Cons

  • Adapt a format of SMART goals under appraisal section
  • Give the employee an option to seek feedback from Peers
  • Give employee a section to send Kudos to great team players and ICs
  • From previous system to current adaption has been significant
  • The amount of manual work has come down tremendously
  • The tracking that was a bit of loose earlier has been comparatively on dot after using Rippling
I am writing from a User prospective. I was not involved in the selection process. As long as I remember the previous HRMS was way more lagging in feature and Rippling has been pivotal in my experience impact from a employee prospective. I have been more timely in submission of various HR asks and also up on my absence management. Also, not to miss the Appraisal Process has been significantly game changing.

The UI is very easy to navigate and give a summary of details in one go.
The best suited scenario is when this was used for our recent Appraisal cycle. It has tremendously reduced the back and forth we use to face while done manually. Overall its a great tool from where our HR systems have upgraded and I see a lot of steady adaption within the Organisation. So it's a win-win. There isn't anything less appropriate for a system at this price. But yes if the adaption to the suggested features i mentioned on the previous section would be game changing.
