Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll and benefits management. Rippling makes both of these simple and easy to execute. The global payroll function is something we use as well. For admin and user use, the time off function has also been very useful and easy for employees to put their time off in and easy for admins to keep track of.

I gave them this rating because they are always so kind and respectful when they call. They are always asking what they can do to be better and if everything is working properly for us. If i'm not able to talk, they always call me back at my earliest convenience.

I rated it a 9 out of 10 because i believe it is very easy to use and I think almost anyone could learn and use it to the best of it's ability. i think there is always room for improvement but I can say that I don't have a lot of complaints.
Rippling is perfectly suited for companies and start ups who have 11 to 50 employees. Their interface makes easy to keep track of that amount of employees. If a company was to have a 100 or more employees then maybe it would not be as suitable because you may require a more complex system.
