Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In our organization, Ripping is used as a central tool for managing human resources. Along with standard modules for attendance management or time tracking, we use integration with popular collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Jira and others). The ability to integrate with OfficeSpace is also of great importance to us. To automate repetitive processes, we use the Workflow Automator module, which integrates very well with Slack (notifications).

The Rippling in our case is a step up from the Workday service we used before. Better user interface, better integrations with external services, lower monthly costs. Employees and the HR department (after initial problems during the data migration) praise the ability to use the Rippling instead of the Workday.
Rippling's support was very solid in every issue we contacted them about. They answered all questions quickly and accurately.

Rippling meets our expectations. All the functionalities we cared about work properly. Integrations with external services work stably, although some do not yet fully support more advanced functions. The HR department and most employees are positive about the app's ease of use and stability. The application is more intuitive to use than many such applications available online.
Ripping is the perfect tool if you need to manage human resources and intend to use external applications to integrate business processes. The service works very well in the context of managing employee attendance and working hours. A minor drawback of Ripping can be considered the not-quite-refined integrations with tools/services used to support software development like GitHub or Heroku.
