Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling helps our organization keep employee information up to date. It also serves as an onboarding tool for new hires. When onboarding new hires, Rippling is the first tool new hires access and it helps them navigate through items necessary to start their journey. For existing employees, it helps keep track of compliance training, assists with time off, and helps access a variety of tools used on a daily basis.

Cons

  • Simple improvements on mobile app!
  • Additional support with integrations.
  • A "Rippling University" in the KB would be nice!
  • Positive results on ROI.
  • Great adoption/engagement.
  • Ease of use.
The support so far has been great. I am giving it a 10/10, however I have not experienced many issues where I have had to engage with the support team. Most of the time I can find my answers by going to help.rippling.com. Great information found on their help website!

I would rate Rippling's overall usability as a 10/10 because of its ease of use. Rippling is extremely user friendly, making it a great choice for many generations in the workplace. The navigation is faultless and everything you need is easily located on the menu bar located on the left hand side of the screen.
Rippling is appropriate as an HR and Talent Management system. It is an efficient tool employees can access as they begin and continue their employment with our organization. Personally, I believe the integrations and add-ons are helpful. It helps minimize the time employees spend on learning the various tools required for their day to day responsibilities.
