Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use RingEX (RingCentral) for our office's main phone line. This way, more than one of our team members can make and receive calls at the same time. Also, it ensures that we don't miss any client or customer calls, nor leave any text messages unanswered, because there is an opportunity for a number of us to answer.

  • Glitches and other things that happen to hinder the effectiveness of the platform beyond the user's control
  • A more user-friendly and customizable interface
  • A quicker method for contacting support, like a live chat from the app
  • It saves us time
  • It improves our customer service because it ensures that all calls/texts are answered by allowing multiple users
  • It's convenient and not a hassle, providing us more time
The service is just absolutely great! RingCentral's Support team are quick to respond, able to easily understand the issue and pinpoint what the root is or may be, and the representatives are usually always well-versed on the issue and can typically help and/or fix the problem in a rapid manner.
RingEX has helped us essentially create a whole virtual office, as far as telecommunications go. We can answer the office phones for our business right from our cell phones with the mobile app, or with our desktop computers. It's very handy, allows us to have great customer service and saves us time, increasing our productivity.

The only reason it's not a 10 are because of some minor glitches we've experienced in the past. However, RingEX (RingCentral) Support was great about helping us solve those problems. They were timely, understood the issue(s) easily, and offered multiple effective solutions without taking a very long time in the process.
