Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ

We use Ridder iQ for a lot of primary processes: maling offers, budgetten, projects, purchasing, hours, etc. Also CRM, items, multi company, etc.

Dutch Translation: Wij gebruiken Ridder iQ voor veel primaire processen: offertes, budgetten, projecten, inkoop, uren, etc. Ook CRM, artikelen, multi company, etc.

  • There is still few webification
  • Built in integration module to link Ridder iQ to other applicaties by api
  • No/low code approach for creating functionality

Within the limitation of client-server technic it is good usable. The designers for tables, workflows, etc are less usable. That is not visisble enough. And customisation is partly to technical (c#). The screens you can customize for each role. But this can make it also more difficult to maintain or prioritise them.

En maatwerk is deels te technisch (C#). De schermen kun je voor elke rol aanpassen. Maar dit kan het ook lastiger maken om ze te onderhouden of te prioriteren.

It is suites for working with all kinds of (leveled) parts lists with items, miscellaneous, work and outsources activities. Also for using semi-finished products, all kinds of order types like sales orders, production orders, internal orders, etc.

Dutch Translation: Het is geschikt voor het werken met allerlei (gestandaardiseerde) stuklijsten met artikelen, diversen, werk en uitbestede activiteiten. Ook voor het werken met halffabricaten, allerlei ordertypen zoals verkooporders, productieorders, interne orders, etc.

Using Ridder iQ

3 - This are business analists. One is able to programm customized functionality. The give support and help with implementation of new functionality.

Its nice software but it is very, very slow in webification and integration possibilities by using api's. Untill now the programm has client-server technology unfortunately. And there are far too less no code adjustments possible.
