Overall Satisfaction with RemotePC
I use RemotePC to access different computers on the network and provide support for the users. The use is to provide support for users at the company and provide routine maintenance. Common tasks are fixing printing issues, resolving software issues(word, excel, outlook, etc). I also use RemotePC to perform routine maintenance(updates, security fixes, etc). RemotePC is easy to use and setup and allows me access to the network via an online portal or stand alone app.

I purchased RemotePC to use on computers that had an issue with Splashtop. Splashtop was purchased due to the huge Logmein price increase. All three have very similar tools and uses. Logmein is a very solid tool but the pricing is restrictive for small companies. Splashtop is a good tool. I am on a grandfathered account at older pricing. If I upgraded to get some of the new features I would completely replace with RemotePC.
