Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard
Pros
- The reminders that it sends out.
Cons
- The user interface is not friendly and not intuitive. When submitting a response to my monthly scenario it says you are missing 2 responses, but those responses are for the supervisor to fill out not for the employee to fill out.
- The system is not practical in the sense that it requires so many steps just to locate a scenario that is finished or pending to complete. So the employee is left to figure out if it’s completed or not. There should be an area to say Complete and only have the window for those that are missing.
- Have a better source of managing the scenarios. Improve on the titles of the headers. If it’s completed say Completed. It doesn’t have to be such a mystery.
- None. It’s more of a headache to use every month in my opinion.
