Paylocity for the win!
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as a full spectrum HRIS platform. We run payroll and utilize time keeping. We maintain all of our HR files/corrective actions/training and performance through the system as well. We have set up attendance policies and dynamic reporting to assist with the day to day functions of the office as well.
Pros
- Dynamic Reporting
- User interface and easability
- Payroll system in general
Cons
- Customer support - very responsive but in my experience, they have provided me with the wrong or inaccurate information at least 40% of the time
- System Training - the library is great but a lot of the trainings and information in there just aren't as helpful as it could be.
- Reduced time expenditures with dynamic reporting
- Better data driven decision making
- Better culture with increased visibility of necessary and relevant direct report information
We are still in the process of utilizing Paylocity to its full potential. So far, the things we have automated have saved us major time and allowed us to reduce our office workforce by a headcount because of the simplicity and streamlining.
We have a few employees who really enjoy the platform. Most of the hourly employees who do not have desk jobs, do not use it or make an effort to use it.
- Paycom, UKG Workforce Central (discontinued) and iCIMS Talent Cloud
