Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Performance and all HRIS functions. The helpful accept of their product suite is that it is all within one platform. As a department of one this simplifies my day to day greatly.

While they are functional I look forward to AI providing more automation. I also believe Paylocity can improve by having the parts of their system integrate more effectively especially when it comes to reporting and data mining.
Our employees love getting badges in Recognition as well as the Birthday and Anniversary notices in Community. It makes them feel seen and appreciated! I would like it if Paylocity added functionality for the Community feed to be synced or broadcast on an announcement screen as well. Hopefully that gets added.

Overall Paylocity is a fairly functional platform. I struggle sometimes with the integration between the modules. They also do not do a great job of rolling out changes and communication them in my opinion. Support can be a little slow to answer when challenges arise.
