Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the full HRIS. It helps with benefits and everything related to hiring, onboarding, managing employees, and terminations.

  • The ROI on time saving is great when the system works properly.
  • There are many glitches that take a lot of time to troubleshoot. When client service is notified, getting a PEAK article reference is not helpful. Typically, after much back-and-forth, we get a response that it’s a known issue.
It would be helpful if there was more customization in Onboarding and the ability to pull EE information into fillable forms.

I’ve been loyal to Paylocity for 11 years. They used to be great, offering exceptional customer service. However, they seem lost at the moment, with a lack of communication between departments.
