We use the full HRIS. It helps with benefits and everything related to hiring, onboarding, managing employees, and terminations.

- The ROI on time saving is great when the system works properly.
- There are many glitches that take a lot of time to troubleshoot. When client service is notified, getting a PEAK article reference is not helpful. Typically, after much back-and-forth, we get a response that it’s a known issue.
It would be helpful if there was more customization in Onboarding and the ability to pull EE information into fillable forms.
