Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity for payroll processing, recruting, onboarding, performance reviews and learning management.
Paylocity was already in use when I started (implemented in July 2019, I was hired December 2019).
I will reach out to Paylocity when I have issues with payroll or how to do something within Paylocity.

Pros
- Very knowledgable with the system
- Systems work well together (ex. onboarding rolling into HR/Payroll)
- Plenty of training via web or self administered
Cons
- Seems like I get a new account manager every 3 months
- I'd like a direct line to my account manager
- There are two different emails for the different benefits. It's confusing which one to reach out to.
- Cost for modules is pricey when based on number of employees
- Recruiting should have more free sites to post to not just Indeed
I do like the recruiting and onboarding process. It has a great flow into HR/Payroll.
I don't know what the employee engagement tool is.
I have used other payroll systems but I like all the modules that Paylocity offer.
