Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity within my organization for all My HR (Payroll, Taxes, Time Off, etc.) needs.

Pros

  • Keep record of my paystubs so I can access and print them whenever I need to
  • Allow me to submit request for vacation time off
  • Has a mobile app that makes things easier and more accessible

Cons

  • I would like to see my quick access buttons on the home page
  • Easier way to navigate to tools like updating payroll deductions
  • I like that Paylocity make my payroll information easily available via their app
Paylocity automation payroll tools have helped me as an employee have access to all of my HR needs in one place.
It helps me stay informed about company events or upcoming due dates.
Paylocity has an easy-to-use interface compared to Insperity. I was able to access things easier and didn't have to search for things needed.
