Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc for all of our client contracts as well as our internal documents for our employees. PandaDoc is accessible directly through our Salesforce CRM page for each client and we can track the status of our contracts from draft to signed and paid. The integration with Salesforce is critical and so beneficial for our company.

Pros

Cons

  • Occasionally their site speed has issues.
  • For a few weeks, we had padding issues (visually) in the docs, but they fixed that quickly and communicated thoroughly with us throughout the process.
  • Speed up our processes

  • Quick ways for Clients to provide redlines for our analysis.
  • Billing uses to collect quick, one-time payments
  • Client Success uses to check on statuses

PandaDoc automatically generates contracts based on the services sold, term length, and more. We're very happy with the smooth process that many departments in our company use, from sales to billing to Client Success.
