Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)
We are using Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud) to acquire and nurture our B2B leads. We are using Eloqua for our marketing automation. We have integrated it with SalesForce (CRM)

- Tableau for reporting
- Integration with sales cloud or other CRM systems is a great feature
- Excellent lead scoring abilities. You can create custom models using weight-ages
- Simple and easy-to-learn user experience to build campaigns, launch them, and monitor them
- Reporting and dashboarding capabilities can improved; now they are shallow and difficult to use
- Sometimes we face hurdles in using email designer
- Data export capabilities are limited; not everything can be exported
- APIs to export data REST mechanism are confusing
- We have achieved a higher lead conversion rate
- Because of the small learning curve, it was easy and rapid for us to deploy it
We have used Adobe Neolane before, but it lacked lot of functionalities compared to Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud).
